The intellect, by means of which one decides incorrectly between the righteous and the unrighteous, and what is a proper action and an improper one—that intellect is of the Rajas, O son of Prtha!

yayā dharmam adharmaṁ cha kāryaṁ chākāryam eva cha ayathāvat prajānāti buddhiḥ sā pārtha rājasī
The intellect, by means of which one decides incorrectly between the righteous and the unrighteous, and what is a proper action and an improper one—that intellect is of the Rajas, O son of Prtha!
।।18.31।।हे पार्थ ! मनुष्य जिसके द्वारा धर्म और अधर्मको, कर्तव्य और अकर्तव्यको भी ठीक तरहसे नहीं जानता, वह बुद्धि राजसी है।
